Community Responsibility

We feel that it is our responsibility as educators to provide services and assistance at any level we are able. As a small business we try to give in as many ways as possible. Whether it is monetary or through other means we want to provide a chance for those in need and to better our community. Please read about the ways we try to help and the service we provide to our community. We look to provide assistance in our local and larger community.

 

One Warm Coat

 

 

 

 

Our organization started in 1992 with a Thanksgiving weekend coat drive at one location in San Francisco.

Since then, we have welcomed thousands of groups across North America, who joined their efforts to ours with the same goal:

Collect coats to give to those in need, free of charge.

• Develop and nurture the volunteer spirit in caring people everywhere.

• Make it easy to help those in need in local communities.

• Provide tools and resources to help volunteers organize coat drives, publicize their events and connect with local Agencies to distribute donated coats.

 

Stepping Stones acts as a collection site for coats through the winter months. Feel free to drop off coats at our location during this period.
